Breathtaker All Suite Hotel and Spa Retreat also requires the 1st Front Office / Reception / Reservations staff member to begin employment at the start of March. Please see details below.


FRONT OFFICE / RECEPTIONIST / RESERVATIONS

•   Are you the face of our busy Front Office?
•   4 star Boutique Hotel and Spa Retreat on Mt Buller for the snow season .
•   Position commences  in March 2012

Breathtaker All Suite Hotel and Alpine Spa Retreat, the leading boutique property on Mt Buller, is looking to recruit a Front Office Receptionist who will handle all guest enquiries and reservations, check ins and checkouts, guest and owner accounts and many other administrative and hotel duties.

A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar resort/hotel style environment is preferred but not essential. Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft office and front office reservations systems are a must. Experience and knowledge of Food and Beverage and Housekeeping an advantage.

We are looking for someone who likes to learn, is a natural in providing the very best in hospitality service and a person with a “hands on” approach who can work as part of a small but busy team and have the ability to adapt to a snowfields environment during winter. You must be prepared to work a six day week during the season.  We offer a competitive wage and live in on site shared accommodation for the successful applicant .This is a permanent part time  position (March  to end of official ski season only)
